Old pet stains show up under UV light, even when you can't see them. We mark them, treat them with an enzyme soak, and let the chemistry keep working for 24–48 hours after we leave. Most odours are gone in a day.
For repeat accidents, the issue is usually the sub-floor. We lift the carpet, check the underlay, and tell you if it needs replacing — without dressing it up as a bigger job than it is.
